What you can customise

Six things we rebuild for your brand

Almost everything except food safety is negotiable. These are the levers buyers use to hit a price point or stand out on the shelf.

OEM vs ODM

Two ways to work with us — often both at once

Some buyers arrive with a finished recipe and artwork. Others arrive with a price point and a photo. Both paths lead to the same production line.

OEM — you bring the product

Model

Your recipe, your brand, our production discipline

  • You provide the formulation or a reference sample to match
  • You supply finished artwork and packaging specification
  • We handle tooling, production, quality release and shipping
  • Fastest route when your product is already proven in your market
  • Best cost structure for mature, high-volume ranges

Best for: Buyers with an existing product and brand who need reliable, certified production capacity.

ODM — we build it with you

Model

Your brief, our development kitchen and mould shop

  • Our applications team formulates the flavour profile
  • New shapes, moulds and multi-layer novelty development
  • Packaging design support if artwork is not ready
  • Regulatory and claim review for your destination market
  • You own the brand, we own the technical risk

Best for: Importers and brands launching a new range who need formulation, tooling and packaging built from scratch.

Included in both models

  • Recipe locked under NDA for your account
  • Audited plant with certificates shared before production
  • Market-compliant labelling review
  • Batch COA and full export documentation
  • −18 °C cold-chain stuffing with temperature logs
  • FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP quotation options
  • Repeat-order price protection periods
  • Single English-speaking project contact

Exact scope, tooling ownership and exclusivity are confirmed in the supply agreement for each project.

How we work

From first brief to first container in six steps

A clear sequence with a single point of contact, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you.

Not sure where to start?

Send us a reference product photo, your target cost and destination market. That is usually enough for us to propose a recipe, packaging direction and MOQ.

  1. Brief & market review

    2 – 3 days

You share the product type, target retail price, market and volume. We come back with a feasible line, MOQ and indicative FOB cost.

  2. Recipe & sample development

    7 – 10 days

Our applications kitchen formulates the profile and produces samples, including sugar-reduced or dairy-free variants if the market requires it.

  3. Sample approval & costing

    5 – 8 days

Samples are couriered to you for tasting. Once approved we lock the recipe and issue a firm quotation with packaging and tooling costs.

  4. Artwork & packaging

    7 – 12 days

You supply brand artwork or we adapt a layout template. We proof the print, check labelling rules for your market and prepare the print files.

  5. Production & quality release

    25 – 35 days

Production runs in an audited plant with in-line checks, then batch COA and full export documentation are issued before stuffing.

  6. Cold-chain shipping & reorder

    Per schedule

Blast frozen, stuffed at −18 °C with temperature logging, shipped FOB or CIF. Reorders reuse the approved recipe and artwork for faster turnaround.

Quality & compliance

Certified production, auditable paperwork

Frozen desserts are unforgiving: a temperature break or a mislabelled carton can stop an entire container at customs. Our quality system is built around preventing exactly that.

Quality control laboratory testing ice cream samples for export compliance
  • HACCP
  • ISO 22000
  • BRCGS
  • HALAL
  • FDA
  • EU / UK
  • Ingredient & supplier control

Dairy, cocoa, fruit and packaging suppliers are approved against specification, with incoming COA checks on every batch.

  • In-line production checks

Overrun, weight, colour, coating coverage and stick alignment are monitored through the run, not only at the end.

  • Microbiological & sensory testing

Finished product is tested for total plate count, coliforms and listeria per market requirement, plus a trained sensory panel.

  • Cold chain verification

Blast freezing records, reefer set points and digital temperature logs are archived per container for traceability.

  • Labelling & regulatory review

Ingredient panels, allergen statements, nutrition tables and country-of-origin marks are reviewed before artwork is released.

  • Batch traceability

Every shipment keeps a documented link from raw material lot to finished pallet, so any query can be answered quickly.

FAQ

Ice cream OEM questions buyers ask us most

If your question is not here, send it over — we answer technical and commercial questions in the same reply.

Standard minimum is one 20 ft container, roughly 5,000 pieces per SKU, and you can mix several SKUs in one container. Novelty shapes with new moulds and premium gelato lines have slightly higher minimums because of tooling and higher ingredient cost. Trial quantities below a container can sometimes be arranged — ask us.
